Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in Daily Grand Lotto, a national lottery draw game operated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) under the framework of Canada's provincial lottery corporations. By participating in Daily Grand Lotto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

To participate in Daily Grand Lotto, you must be a resident of one of the provinces or territories where Daily Grand Lotto is authorized. You must also be at least 18 years old (or such other minimum age as may be required by applicable law) and have not been prohibited from participating in gaming activities.

Participation

Your participation in Daily Grand Lotto constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice. By playing Daily Grand Lotto, you agree that your wins will be governed by the official rules, procedures, and results published or announced by ILC, as applicable.

Ticket Purchase and Validation

Tickets for Daily Grand Lotto may only be purchased through authorized retailers or online platforms operated by provincial lottery corporations participating in ILC's framework. Tickets must be validated at the time of purchase to ensure their authenticity and eligibility for prize claims. You acknowledge that unvalidated tickets are void and will not be accepted as a valid entry.

Prize Structure

Daily Grand Lotto offers two levels of prizes: (1) A "for life" prize, where the winner may choose between receiving 1,000 CAD per day or a lump sum payment; and (2) A secondary prize of 25,000 CAD per year for life or a lump sum payment. You acknowledge that these prizes are subject to applicable tax laws.

Responsible Gaming

You agree to participate in Daily Grand Lotto responsibly and in accordance with your means. If you experience any adverse consequences as a result of playing Daily Grand Lotto, please contact the relevant provincial lottery corporation's customer support services for assistance.

Accountability

ILC may suspend or close your account at its discretion, without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are involved in any unauthorized or prohibited activity related to Daily Grand Lotto.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Canada and the relevant province(s) where ILC operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those jurisdictions for resolution of such disputes.

Changes to Rules or Procedures

ILC reserves the right, without notice, to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time, including changing rules, procedures, and prize structures. By participating in Daily Grand Lotto after changes have been made, you acknowledge your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Binding Nature

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and ILC with respect to your participation in Daily Grand Lotto. Any amendments or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through official announcements by ILC.

By participating in Daily Grand Lotto, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by the Agreement as amended from time to time.
